8 Ball - Arrange & Break

Arrangement

Basically, you have to arrange the numbered 8 in the middle of the triangle and the other balls can go anywhere. Try to make each ball come from a different group than the balls on each side
of it. It 's better to rack the balls solid, stripe, solid, stripe in each row because it gives the players an equal chance.

Break

The goals of your break shot are to separate the balls as widely as possible and pocket at least one ball to help you get a chance to choose your object balls. The most effective break for your cue ball position is a rail break (shooting with your bridge hand on the rail or the cushion.) Put your cue ball near the cushion so you can stabilize your hand.

Also, you must break from behind the Head String. You must get at least one object ball in the pocket or have at least 4 object balls touch the Cushion, otherwise it's a foul.
